Processors downscaler from high definition video to standard

These processors are able to lower the resolution of high-definition video signals as HDMI and VGA allowing to obtain images in standard definition PAL / NTSC.

They are used, for example to make high definition signals compatible low resolution, as old equipment is not compatible with high definition, or to connect traditional distribution systems as modulators or repeaters audio / video classic.
