The kit HDMI fiber optic extender is a complete solution for extending HDMI signal, audio and IR signals over a single mode fiber optic cable. Optical fiber has incomparable advantages in the field of video transmission and the transmission loss turns out to be almost nonexistent.
IDATA EXT-EF2000 converts the signal HDMI standard TCP / IP and, thanks to the fiber optic cable, can transmit information up to 20 km away. Connected in cascade to a router or repeater, extend the HDMI signal indefinitely.
The HDMI extender is able to support not only the HDMI signal transmission, but also supports IR transmitter with which people can easily control the affected devices from long range.
